All products Urso are free shipping and insured during the delivery.
The products Urso Luxury is covered by a 2 year guarantee against defects due to faulty materials or defects caused by production. The part or piece of the pen will be returned and repaired free of charge only when a manufacturing defect has been approved and confirmed by Urso's internal technicians.
Please keep your guarantee certificate safe.
Excluded from the guarantee:
Defects due to accidents, incorrect use or malus, alterations, manipulations or repairs not executed by an authorized distributors Urso Luxury.
All shipments are made from our warehouse in Italy by DHL express courier. At the time of shipment, an email will be sent that will allow you to track the package and know the delivery day.
The shipping address cannot be changed after shipment.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Delivery is not scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A signature is required for delivery.
Shipments are not made to APO, FPO, Russia. Order requests to these addresses will be automatically canceled.
Urso is not responsible for unexpected delays in delivery beyond our control.
